Company Policy

Digi Artworks will work diligently to avoid any typographical errors or omissions in your printed pieces; however, we do follow the printing industry's standard policy of requiring clients to check and approve all customized designs prior to production. If you have any questions about our policies, please contact us before placing your order.

Ordering Process

  • 100% up-front payment is required on all artwork orders.
  • 50% up-front payment is required on artwork and print orders. 
  • 100% up-front payment is required for all print ready files prior to print production.

A proof for your order will be ready via email typically between 24-48 hours. 

Once all proofs are approved by the client the order must be paid in full before printing.

Changes Allowed per Order (Design Orders)

Every order is allowed 3 ROUNDS of changes. A fee of $25 per change will be added to orders over 3 rounds. 


Digi Artworks assumes no liability or responsibility for typographical errors on draft  or final proof copies. The customer assumes all responsibility for editing the content of the final proof document and requesting revisions for any missing or typographical errors.

Picked up Orders

It is the client's responsibility to review all items ordered after being received. Any errors must be reported to a representative at Digi Artworks within 2 business days of receipt on all pick-ups or date of delivery confirmation receipt on all shipped orders. (This is only valid on orders picked up on the scheduled date.) If an error occurred on part of Digi Artworks the product will be replaced free of charge or another mutually agreeable arrangement will be made if necessary. If the client made an error, we will offer a courtesy discount for re-ordered products if the error is due to an oversight.   Please notify us before you use an item if there are any errors with the order. Digi Artworks is not responsible or liable for any errors on any merchandise that has been used, regardless of fault.

Print Only Orders

All orders ready to print must be submitted in .jpg, .tif, .psd, .eps & .pdf. Digi Artworks is not responsible for the dpi resolution, size and/or color mode on all files provided by the client. Files submitted by the client can be edited by Digi Artworks at an additional cost of $25. Client will be notified if changes will affect resolution and or any aspects of the design that might jeopardize a great quality print.
